Refund policy
All PulsBrush products are final sale. Due to the personal hygiene nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds under any circumstances once an order has been placed.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, you must contact support@trypulsbrush.com within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence of the damage. Claims submitted after 7 days will not be honored. Resolution of valid claims is at our sole discretion and may include a replacement or store credit — refunds will not be issued.
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that all sales are final and non-refundable.
